Hi! I’m Minal Sampat, RDH, marketing strategist, speaker, social media coach, and bestselling author of Why Your Marketing Is Killing Your Business, And What To Do About It.

After over a decade of working with businesses, consultancies, and dental practices of all sizes, I’ve noticed a pattern in the way people view marketing: business leaders and teams are overwhelmed. When it comes to marketing, they’re unsure of what to do, why they’re doing it, and who to trust. Our constantly changing marketing landscape certainly doesn’t help, either.

That’s why I decided to launch Marketologist™, an online school where you will learn how to master your marketing. Enrollment in the Dental Marketologist™ Course includes twelve modules on patient-centric dental marketing strategies and resources. This includes topics like learning how to evaluate current marketing, building the patient journey, internal & external marketing strategies, reputation marketing, social media conversions, content creation systems, repurposing videos, running full campaigns, building an annual custom marketing calendar and more. Each module has videos, printable worksheets, and linked resources.

This course consists of twelve modules with 8 virtual live sessions and 4 pre-recorded sessions. Enrolled students will attend virtual live sessions via Zoom and have the opportunity to ask the instructor questions at the end of each session. The instructional portion of each live session is recorded so students can go back and revisit course content as needed while enrolled.

Enrollment opens on February 16th , 2021, and will remain open. 

The Live virtual course will take place from March to June, 2021. It will meet twice a month for a total of 8 virtual live sessions. Each session will last up to 2 hours. Students can complete the 4 pre-recorded modules on their own time at any point while enrolled.

    • Learn how to evaluate current marketing, form a marketing budget, create systems for monthly reporting and build an implementation calendar. P.S. – Yes, we will discuss how much to spend on a website, SEO, how to evaluate Adwords and more!

    • Outline the patient journey for new and current patients, build a system for outstanding first impressions, and plan team and patient appreciation/contests/givebacks and engagement strategies. 
  3. April 7th – Social Media
    • We’ll discuss strategies to maximize Facebook, Instagram, Clubhouse and LinkedIn as well as engagement hacking techniques to leverage your online community. 
  4. April 21st – Content Calendar
    • Are you tired of posting about “chocolate chip cookie day”? In this lesson, we will explore a system that builds everlasting, custom, meaningful content that works for your practice. No more random holidays! 
  5. May 12th – Videos
    • 80% of online content is videos. This lesson will go over all things video, including tech and practice to go Live! 
  6. May 26th – Social Media Ads
    • Now that we have content and engagement, it’s time to amplify your message using Facebook and Instagram Ads. P.S. – Check out the Recorded lesson on Patient Avatars to help create your ideal potential new patient base. 
  7. June 9th – Campaigns
    • Learn how to execute and run a marketing campaign using internal, external, digital, social media and community strategies. Plus, master the methods of organization and delegation. 
  8. June 16th – Annual Marketing Calendar
    • Let’s be proactive and not reactive. Yes, that’s a cliche, but it is true when it comes to reducing marketing overwhelm. In this lesson we will discuss how you can build a custom annual marketing calendar based on your practice’s goals.

    • Do you know what the secret sauce is for your marketing conversions? It’s YOU! It’s time to show your potential clients and meeting planners why they need to work with you.  P.S. – 80% of online content is videos. This lesson will go over all things video, including strategies to go Live!

Each course includes 12 modules composed of 8 virtual live sessions and 4 pre-recorded sessions. Virtual live sessions occur twice a month from March through June 2021 and are up to two hours long each. The four pre-recorded modules can be completed at your leisure.

Enrolled students can start and pause their participation in written and pre-recorded portions of the course at any time. You can always revisit units, videos, and resources whenever you need.

Enrollment includes immediate access to all written and pre-recorded content, as well as admission to the 8 virtual live sessions and Q&As taking place in the first 4 months of the course.
